That is when I found the perfect tablet, the Nexus 7 2013. I wanted a budget friendly "smart" radio. I thought about using iPads, but I didn't want to waste a bunch of money for something that is going to be used in my car only. I wanted something that runs Android 6.0+. My parents have always owned various Pioneer, Kenwood, and Sony radio decks, but they always had their cons to them (clunky OS, different type of touch screens that suck, lack of features, very expensive $800-$2000), useless features, etc.). ![]() I have always wanted to have a "smart" radio.
